Portfolio is an edited collection of an artists work of their best images and shows their style and method of work. There is a consistent style of pictures because there is a linked theme. they are all edited the same with the same formal elements in it (very restricted instead of a lot of random pictures put together). The aesthetic (the beauty and pleasing of the work towards the eye) is important in the artists best images and helps it stand out compared to other artists.
